It has come to our attention that some crack heads that used to work for us

years ago have begun doing business using our name, fraudulently creating invoices

and doing A/C & Heating work in Phoenix, Glendale, Peoria & Avondale.

They've pulled city tax licenses in our name but never paid any taxes.

Bill Cavender & Eric Heatherington are two of 'em.

If anyone claims to be with Scott's A/C, give our office a call and they'll tell you

who is and isn't associated with our company and/or authorized to do or quote work.

We have filed complaints with the Registrar of Contractors office,

Attorney General and Phoenix Police to have them jailed.

Don't be fooled by crack heads you think are 'nice guys' that will do anything to make a buck.

Being a legit business in America costs money.  You're paying for equipment

that will not be covered by the orig warranty through them and you have

no hope of getting any energy credit if you are trying to do so.

In addition, they're not paying any taxes of any type, either State Sales Tax

or income tax on the earnings.
